This versatile 15 tray unit is great for keeping hot foods at the perfect temperature to serve at a moment’s notice! Each unit rental comes with 15 sheet pans and are heated using sternos.

* 12 Sternos are automatically added to a Proofer rental order. Clients can request to remove them if they’d like to supply their own.
