Cooking Equipment

A freestanding fryer that can hold up to two baskets. This equipment is a 40lb piece and has the capacity to hold 8lbs of oil (not included in the rental price). Comes with two baskets.

High quality stainless steel rolling racks hold 20 full size aluminum sheet pans and has open ended storage.

Coffee makers percolate the coffee while Urns hold the prepared coffee and keep it warm with the sterno placed under the coffee urn. Use the urns on your dessert buffet, breakfast buffet or at your corporate meeting.

Our event rental inventory includes polished and standard stainless chafer dishes, perfect for catered weddings, buffet service, private parties, or corporate events. * Special notes: Each Chafer rental automatically adds sternos for an additional fee. Larger units require two sternos and the round one requires one. Clients can request to remove the sternos from their rental order if they choose to supply themselves.

Square single burner on legs, built to support large stock pots and other cookware. An ideal choice for catered events or outdoor parties. * Propane is not included in the Single Burner Cooking Unit rental price. Two 20lb Propane Tanks are recommended and are automatically added to a rental order. For safety purposes, Classical Tents should be the provider of the propane when renting catering equipment. With six burners and a full oven that holds two full-sized sheet pans, our portable catering ovens are popular at large catered weddings and catered galas, and are often placed in kitchen tents. * Propane gas is required but is a separate fee. Classical Tents should be the supplier of propane for safety purposes. Dimensions: 31.5” wide x 36 long x 58.5 high. 

With double doors and the ability to hold up to five full sized sheet pans, caterers love to use our convection ovens at catered weddings, catered galas, anniversaries, and private parties!   * Electric Convection requires a special power outlet. Please call to inquire about equipment needs.  Dimensions are 31′ wide x 40.5” long x 51′ high—this is a very large piece of cooking equipment. Gas Oven is on legs with casters and has 4 Racks and requires a 100lb propane tank, separate rental fee.  

This versatile 15 tray unit is great for keeping hot foods at the perfect temperature to serve at a moment’s notice! Each unit rental comes with 15 sheet pans and are heated using sternos. * 12 Sternos are automatically added to a Proofer rental order. Clients can request to remove them if they’d like to supply their own.

Portable propane grill for all of your grilling needs. A 5 foot long grill that runs on propane. * Propane is not included in the Grill rental price. Two 20lb Propane Tanks are recommended and are automatically added to a rental order. For safety purposes, Classical Tents should be the provider of the propane when renting catering equipment.
