Whether it’s Easter dinner, the holiday of Passover, or simply a Spring celebration, we’re here to help guide you on the steps you can take for stress-free planning.
1. Set the Date
First, choose a date that aligns with your celebration—Easter Sunday (March 31st), the first night of Passover (April 22nd), or a spring weekend (first day of Spring is March 19th). Consider everyone’s schedules and availability. After all, you want to spend this time with the people you care most about!
2. Define the Theme
Infuse your event with the spirit of spring! Whether it’s using pastel hues for Easter or incorporating symbolic elements for Passover, a cohesive theme adds charm.
3. Create a Guest List
Compile your guest list, keeping in mind the number of attendees for a comfortable and enjoyable gathering.
4. Choose the Perfect Venue
Decide whether you’ll host your holiday dinner or spring celebration at home, indoors or outdoors, or at a venue (the Berkshires offers a variety of beautiful venues!).
5. Select Your Rentals
Browse our product page or schedule a showroom visit to explore a collection of rentals tailored for spring events. From festive linens, table settings and serving dishes, we have everything you need to bring your vision to life.
6. Plan the Menu
Consider the tastes and dietary preferences of your guests. Whether it’s a spring-inspired menu or traditional Passover foods, catering sets the tone for a delightful experience.
7. Accommodate All Needs
Ensure your event is accessible and accommodating to all guests so everyone is comfortable. From seating arrangements to dietary restrictions, inclusivity creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
8. Weather-Proof Your Plans
Spring weather can be unpredictable so you want to be prepared. Consider renting a tent with sidewalls for outdoor hosting, providing protection while allowing guests to also enjoy the beauty of nature.
9. Capture the Memories
Lastly, don’t forget to take pictures! You could even arrange for a photographer or set up a DIY photo booth to capture the moments.
For smaller events, we offer customer pick up services. Contact our rental team for personalized service and to start checking off items from your to do list!
