Late Night Munchies

One of the trends we have been seeing a lot of recently, is the late night snack attack! Your guests have enjoyed a lovely cocktail hour and delicious dinner but after a few hours on the dance floor, stomachs are beginning to rumble and heads need a little clearing. Cue the midnight snack.

Receptions are lasting into the wee hours of the morning, Grandma and Grandpa have long since gone to bed, and the fine china and stemware has been washed and packed safely away. This is the perfect time for the Bride and Groom to break tradition and show their fun personalities. Caterers are now being asked to prepare a second, or third depending on the event, menu consisting of anything from burgers and pizza to cookies and milk.
