Our work isn’t complete after we’ve delivered your rentals! Our experienced staff is on call to support any emergencies or questions that arise before, during and after your event.
All events receive complimentary computerized floor plans and are generated weeks ahead of your event. We take into consideration dance floor placement, guest tables, auxiliary tables, and any other items to account for under the tent. We’ll work with you until you are pleased with the layout.
We offer a self-service customer pickup and return for smaller orders, located at our warehouse in Pittsfield, MA. Restrictions apply based on order size and season, please contact our office for more details on this service option.
