So much goes into planning a wedding or event and we are here to support your journey every step of the way! To save you time and stress, we offer a number of services to help make your event run smoothly.
Design & Styling

Join us for an in-person planning experience by scheduling a showroom visit with our design consultants. Seeing your items first-hand will help you get a clearer idea of how your wedding or event will come to life! Visits are by appointment only, available during regular office hours, evenings, or weekends.

On-Call Support

Our work isn’t complete after we’ve delivered your rentals! Our experienced staff is on call to support any emergencies or questions that arise before, during and after your event.

Tent Layout

All events receive complimentary computerized floor plans and are generated weeks ahead of your event. We take into consideration dance floor placement, guest tables, auxiliary tables, and any other items to account for under the tent. We’ll work with you until you are pleased with the layout.

Customer Pickup & Return

We offer a self-service customer pickup and return for smaller orders, located at our warehouse in Pittsfield, MA. Restrictions apply based on order size and season, please contact our office for more details on this service option.

Personalized Customer Service

We provide personalized customer service for each of our clients—after all, each event is unique and so are you! Our team is dedicated to making your experience with the event rentals process as smooth as possible. We’re here to guide you through planning, answer your questions, help ensure all angles are covered and overall help make your journey a positive one!

Guidance

For most, this may be your first time working with rentals. There is so much to consider when planning an event at your private home or venue—our team will provide guidance to help identify which rentals you may require and what might work best for your event. We’re also happy to provide recommendations for other reputable wedding professionals in the Berkshires to help you with your planning.
